John & Anna Lovewell Deposition, p. 2

The Lovewells’ recollection of five residents of Dunstable being killed and two wounded in 1725, “mischief … done by the Indians in the time of war,” refers to the death of their son and other local members of his company of rangers during “Lovewell’s Fight."
